Job Summary:
 
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to represent our high-end appliance brand. This role is responsible for managing the showroom's daily operations, maintaining its premium appearance, and driving sales through personalized customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience selling built-in appliances and a strong understanding of how to engage with walk-in clients, including professionals, contractors, and high-net-worth individuals involved in home construction or renovation.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations and upkeep of the showroom to ensure a premium customer experience.
Engage with walk-in clients, including homeowners, architects, contractors, and interior designers, to understand their needs and recommend suitable appliance solutions.
Demonstrate and explain product features, benefits, and installation requirements for built-in appliances.
Drive sales performance by building relationships and converting showroom visits into purchases.
Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and overall showroom presentation in line with brand standards.
Coordinate with the operations and logistics team to ensure timely delivery and installation of sold products.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and customer feedback to management.
Support marketing initiatives and showroom events as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in retail or showroom sales, preferably in high-end appliances or luxury goods.
Strong understanding of built-in appliances and home construction or renovation processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Professional demeanor and ability to engage with high-profile clients.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and detail-oriented.
Ability to manage showroom operations independently.
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic reporting is a plus.
