Role Overview:
Collaborates with Shopper Marketing Lead, Brand, Trade marketing and Field Sales to develop shopper marketing strategies for the division
Aids Brand, Trade Marketing and Field Sales from planning, implementing and evaluating effective and efficient trade merchandising and promotions
Works with Shopper Marketing Lead, Brand and Trade Marketing in developing aptly designed planograms and point of sale materials for trade that are aligned with brand's marketing plan and calendar.
Regularly learns about retail, industry and shopper trends through internal and external training, self-learning through available materials, and monthly fieldworks and exposure in trade
Delivers committed sales for total division by constantly reviewing shopper trends and behavior and identifying growth opportunities that will drive sales for the business
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree / 4-year Course graduate
At least 1-2 years of experience
Has an understanding of trade operations and behavior (accounts, shopper, etc.)
Ability to drive is required
