About the Role
As a Shopify Quality Assurance Specialist you will report to the Account Manager and bring a lot of energy, be a team player, and be excited about the prospect of working with a variety of clients to improve their online performance.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate daily with the Account Manager and Client Success team to successfully complete client tasks.
Operate as the point of contact for all matters specific to assigned clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Handle incoming tickets, provide first-class communication, and offer timely, high-quality solutions to exceed SLA expectations.
Ability to troubleshoot problems, obtain clarity from the client, and remain accountable for successful task completion.
Follow an internal process to put together feature requests or bug reports with clearly defined outcomes and acceptance criteria.
Show initiative to add value and identify areas to improve the client's website performance in line with eCommerce goals.
About You
If you are ambitious and want to dive into the world of eCommerce, familiar with Magento or Shopify, and eager to use it daily, this position is for you! You will handle incoming client requests (Zendesk), be able to clarify requirements into a task (JIRA), communicate with resources (devs, designers, testers, etc.), ensure the completed tasks meet the acceptance criteria, and deliver exceptional results to clients.
Position Pre-requisites
Technical Skills
Knowledge and understanding of eCommerce businesses, how they achieve sales growth and build a sustainable successful sales strategy.
Knowledge of the Magento and/or Shopify platform, including functional understanding, how to navigate the admin, and compatible third-party eCommerce features or apps.
Knowledge of Zendesk is highly preferred.
Knowledge of Jira is highly preferred.
Passion for eCommerce, online, and retail.
The creation of your own online store is icing on the cake!

Excellent verbal and written communication.
Friendly outgoing nature and ability to talk with clients.
Organised and able to meet deadlines.
Confidence to deliver innovative solutions, with commercial business acumen.
Proactive in researching and providing solutions to problems encountered.

Strong ability to follow processes and review own work for accuracy and relevance to client requirements.
High attention to detail and focus on quality assurance in preparing to share completed work with clients.
Able to successfully manage multiple tasks and express projects simultaneously, whilst communicating effectively and consistently with internal resources and clients.
