What we are looking for:
Multiplymii is in search of an exceptional Shopify Manager (Operations) Manager, to work directly with our client based in the UK. Our client has been in the ecommerce space since 2017. They are a fast growing UK based health supplement brand, with a range of innovative products that support people in relieving pain and improving their overall health.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of online sales to meet the company's growth targets, specifically in the Shopify store. The ideal candidate will also play a key role as you will be the implementer for the business. You will be responsible for managing operations, monitoring business performance, managing inventory, project management, overseeing our remote team, documenting and improving our SOPs and working closely with our CEO to take our ideas and make them a reality!
We'd love you for being an ambitious, self motivated, forward thinking operator, who can plan strategic goals into actionable components and see them through to completion. You will have the freedom to design and implement processes and procedures to streamline operations as we continue to scale.
This role is 100% remote work.
In this role, you will:
Set strategic targets and KPI's to track performance and growth.
Project managing the content and marketing strategy, managing a small remote team for the end to end completion of tasks including product launches and promotions.
Upkeep of the Shopify store, UX and customer journey using the latest industry best practices.
Build processes, procedures and SOPs to streamline key business processes.
Financial reporting of the individual sales platforms - Shopify store, Front end sales funnel & Amazon.
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to understand success on ROI and KPIs.
Manage and forecast inventory for Shopify & Amazon. .
About You:
3 to 5 years of experience in operations and team & project management
Has experience in Business-to-Customer environment with a focus on eCommerce, experience with Shopify is required; Amazon exposure is just a bonus;
Experience managing an e-commerce platform. You must be able to work hands on managing the upkeep of the store, as well as delegating to developers when needed.
Great at planning projects and managing them until completion.
Strong analytical skills to interpret and present data, tracking and reporting on KPIs.
A good understanding of paid social & PPC marketing.
Be enthusiastic, positive, with a determination to succeed.
Upper-Intermediate level of English and extraordinary communication skills;
Highly organised, strategic thinking and detail orientated.
Has strong sense of accountability and has growth mindset
Someone who is dynamic, self-starter, who kind of likes to be valued, wants to be promoted, committed to work, excited to lead and take on challenges of the role.
Familiar with tools such as Shopify with Apps - Zipify pages, OCU, Recharge subscriptions, GrowthHero referrals, Klaviyo CRM, Amazon FBA, Slack, ClickUp

First tasks for the role will start with the ff:
Assess the current business operations and financials.
Set strategic goals, KPIs and dashboards with the CEO to measure and meet growth targets.
Oversee the tracking/conversion reporting of the site ensuring GA is reporting correctly.
Implement the Amazon launch strategy for a product re-launch collaborating with copywriters, graphic designers and media agencies.
Implement our new wholesale system - Documenting the outreach and management strategy.
Shift: Open to flexible schedule ( with overlapping AU and UK business hours) Mid Shift in PHT.
