Job Description:
Responsible for managing and monitoring the field agents for acquisition of sari-sari stores and other small businesses to join Shopee Negosyo's network
Ideates, executes and tracks new initiatives to acquire new merchants for Shopee Negosyo
Manages various stakeholders both internal and external and works closely with Account Management and Operations team
Consistently meets target KPIs, generates and analyzes data, creates presentations and updates
Responsible for managing relationship with merchants after acquisition including supporting the onboarding process for these sellers
Provides market insights from merchant's perspective, including understanding products, sellers, market & competitor dynamics
Requirements:
Has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or any relevant study
Minimum of 5 years experience in field sales
Strong problem solving, presentation and communication skills
Strategic thinking on acquiring new merchants
Resourceful, able to adapt to various situations, and teachable
Possesses high level of accountability
Good negotiation skills
Go-getter yet humble attitude
Willing to go on field sales
