Job Description
Direct coordination and collaboration with the identified VIP Sellers to efficiently resolve the issues and concerns captured in the daily activity of the sellers.
Conduct seller visit to effectively capture all possible complaints raised by the sellers.
Formulate and apply improvements to ensure enhanced experience of the sellers.
maintain the KPI of a VIP seller on- time pick up and missed tagging.
Keep a close monitoring to the attendance of their inhouse backroom assigned to each VIP seller.
All requests in line with the resources like PDA Scanners, additional scan man or inhouse backrooms, additional trucks, must be allocated and provided to the VIP seller
Requirements
At least 2 years' experience in logistics industry
Must be able to work independently and as well as a team player
Strong analytical, conceptualization and problem-solving skills
Process excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Time management (monitoring performance against deadlines and milestones)
Capable of remaining professional & effective in light of sometimes very stressful situations
Proficiency in Excel is a must
