Role Overview:
The Special Projects SOC Expansion Sub Lead will be responsible for assisting in computations, research, and project management for the future Automated SOC
Checks the credibility, quality, and integrity of the data given by different teams in order to extract quality insights.
Helps to ensure projects are being implemented on time, adhering to proper processes
Gives insights and recommendations on how to solve problems backed by data
Works with different PICs for projects to ensure project recommendations and analysis are delivered on time
Job Description
Prepares excel sheets for data analysis
Assists in presentation making for stakeholders
Conducts qualitative and quantitative analysis to find answers to problems and assist in decision making
Assist in end to end project implementation after approvals have been secured
Proposes reports to better track projects and process performance
Checks credibility of data through random sampling, qualitative, and comparative checks
Coordinates with multi-functional teams to ensure project movement and success
Identify problems by joining and observing in stakeholder meetings
Conducts research when needed for specific projects
Requirements
5-7 years work experience is preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Business/Management with background in Construction, or equivalent
Strong analytical skills with understanding in Project Management for Large Scale Construction Projects (Large Scale Retail or High Rise Developments)
Capable of handling multiple tasks and can work under pressure
Outstanding critical-thinking, highly meticulous and detail-oriented
Has experience with excel modelling (P&L Impact, Simulations, etc.)
Is comfortable with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google Slides
Is organized and knows how to compartmentalise and prioritise
