Job Description
Creation of Hub Layout for the Last Mile team.
Documents inspection results by summarizing the list of repair and renovation.
Track project progress and reporting on results.
Design and create structural models by using computer-aided design software.
Perform engineering calculations on structural analysis.
Assess potential risk in construction or renovation projects.
Create presentations.
Work cross function with the Expansion team to deliver the best quality of property and advise if any issues.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture or Equivalent.
At least 3-5 years work experience in Retail / Residential/Real Estate with understanding of the general terms is a plus (Design/Planning/Construction/Facilities)
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD programs.
Knowledgeable with architectural and structural drawings.
Proficient in design and calculation software
Strong data analysis skills
Strong communication skills in English and Filipino
Capable of handling multiple tasks and able to work in a dynamic work environment
Must be willing to do local travel
