Job Description:
The Fleet Site Lead - Site Operations is accountable on the overall fleet management operations within the assigned hub/site location S/he is accountable on the overall fleet operations performance based on the agreed KPI. S/he reports directly to the Fleet Lead, Regional Operations Support
Responsible for managing and handling all related service provider performance and evaluation under his/her hub assignment.
In charge on the Rider's deployment and scheduling in lieu of daily order dispatch from hub operations
Ensure all administrative functions (e.g. Attendance, Pay-Out, Remittances) are complied timely and regularly
Lead the day-to-day Shopee Xpress fleet operation at site level.
Oversee the daily, weekly, and monthly allocation and planning of resources fleet operation in his/her assigned hub operations.
Work closely with the Hub Lead in his/her site to ensure seamless operation.
Oversee the management of riders/drivers/backroom FMS accounts in his/her site assignment with the assistance of his/her Operations Support Team (e.g. activation, training, planning and administration)
Assess the performance and attendance of riders/drivers/backroom at site level.
Accountable on the financial management review of budget allocation regarding site fleet operations.
Coaches, mentors, and monitors the performance of the members of the department
Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the management from time to time
Job Requirement:
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or other related / equivalent course
Must have at least five years of experience related to Logistics / Supply Chain Management experience related to Logistics / Supply Chain Management coming from an E-commerce, Third-Party Service Providers (3PL), FMCG and Retail/Commercial and Manufacturing Logistics
Certification, training and background in Warehousing, Transportation, Freight Forwarding and Lean Six Sigma application is an advantage
Adept in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and TMS (Transportation Management System) database operating systems such as but not limited to (SAP, Oracle, AS 400, JDE, Infor)
Verse in both written and oral communication
