JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any 4-year Business/Management/Logistics/Customs Administration, or any related course.
At least 1 - 2 years working experience in Shipping and Logistics
Knowledgeable in Shipping Incoterm, Customs Import-Export declaration
Experience in freight negotiation with forwarder and shipping line
Basic know-how in PEZA import and export processing
With excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Must be willing to render overtime work
Smart, potential leader and can work effective and efficient under pressure
SAP and Shipping System knowledge is an advantage
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handling BOC (Bureau of Custom) and PEZA requirements for inbound and outbound related shipment
Follow up with and communicate with forwarder for shipment billing invoices
Check if given billing invoices from forwarder is tally with the agreed quotation
