Candidate must be familiar with the legal requirements regarding import and export of shipments. He should be confident with figures and the use of MS excel formula.
Responsibilities:
Arrange Outgoing Shipments
- Prepare Shipping documents
- Process shipping documents with the Bureau of Customs
- Prepare checklist of outgoing products
- Book shipment with shipping vessel and trucking container van
Incoming Shipments
- Receive incoming materials
- Compare what has been shipped with the shipment order, ensure that the materials are in good condition,
stock the materials in the warehouse and file all corresponding documentation.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 2
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel
Availability for travel: No
Availability for change of residence: No
