PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primarily responsible for processing of all reports pertaining to shipment which includes inspection findings, VQIR reports among others.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Prepares initial reports, service reports and repair estimates.
2.Assists Technicians in the approval process.
3.Maintains shipment files, issue reports and coordinate with Technicians regarding status of shipment.
4.Coordinates accurately with Parts Department regarding parts concern for Service Report.
EDUCATION
Graduate of Vocational-Automotive related course or at least College Level

Experienced in Automotive Industry
