Description
Qualifications:
Must be a qualified Miller (Any engineering relate course)
Must have 1-3 years' experience of hands on milling and knowledge in PLC operated plant.
Ability to function in a team "Good communication skills" (verbal and witten)
Ability to work under pressure, be self-motivated and have the ability to work under minimal supervision.
Adhere to safe working practices, housekeeping an standard operating procedures in the production.
Responsibilities:
Coordinates with the shift milling staff an advice current status and plan operation for the shift.
Coordinates Mill Manager for production schedule an machine status.
Maintains all shift documentation as per requirement.
Maintain extraction level as per specification and requirements.
On a shift basis coordinates with maintenance department all the necessary shutdowns and breakdowns.
Verifies on a shift basis all the quality aspect of all the production being produces through discussion with
QC department.
