Responsibilities
Responsible for monitoring and maintenance of the electrical repair and duties within the process plant.
Generates and maintains and repair all electrical equipment through the MEX CMMS work order system.
Assists the Electrical Maintenance Supervision with plant assembly and shutdown planning along with other projects as directed.
Coordinates Maintenance and Operations Leading Hands and Supervisors to ensure the maintenance planning process is followed and the equipment is accurately recorded in MEX as part of the site wide FCF CMMS role out.
Assists the planners to catalogue all electrical plant and Equipment in to the MEX data base with supporting documentation of BOM Build of Materials by to the Equipment to be serviced and or repaired supported by photos of components and parts.
Establishes controls to ensure all machinery and equipment history logs are maintained and continuous improvement is achieved in data collection, accuracy and accessibility. Includes project files, technical records, failure analysis, as built drawings, maintenance manuals and specifications.
Assists in the complex project electrical planning issues especially the process plant.
