Supervises the shift, applying observation, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
Allocates tasks, breaks, briefs, and responsibilities to the team.
Provides coaching and corrective feedback.
Initiates and recommends improvement on process/practices.
Escalates all major concerns or work-related issues within the shift.
Provides documented feedback on employee's performance/behaviors in a timely manner and submits it to the Operations Manager.
Maintain timely and transparent communication with the team on task and issue updates.
Ensures compliance of business processes and procedures.
Ensures consistent implementation of the attendance policy and adheres to the agreed procedures on managing leaves, tardiness, and absences.
Can be assigned related task from time to time to support the overall objectives of the business.
Bachelor's or Associate Degree on any related field.
Prior experience leading or supporting a team, preferably in animal feeds manufacturing industry.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Willing to be assigned on day and night shift.
