Description
Roles and Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Shared Services Officer are as follows:
- Telephones - Provide a first-class service in answering and redirecting phone calls professionally and promptly between 8 am and 5 pm Brisbane time.
- Product Support - Handle and respond to consumer or customer product enquiries or complaints within agreed guidelines or escalate as appropriate.
- Customer Sales Orders - Process non-EDI customer orders within agreed processing times. Release EDI orders and deal with non-compliance issues. Effectively manage backorders and other order administrative requirements.
- Sales Support - Provide support to the Sales team with the preparation of customer product submissions; customer PowerPoint presentations and any other administrative requirements.
- POD's - Obtain POD's for customer orders as required.
- Customer Accounts - Administer and reconcile customer accounts per requirements advised.
- Project Management Software Updates - Maintain software portals with project management administrative requirements (currently Monday.com and Harvest)
- Product Benchmarking - Assist with product benchmarking through online research.
- Complete any other tasks as required.
Required Experience
- More than 4 years of experience in customer service
- Experience with ERP software
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma relevant to customer service

- Language - Exceptional English language skills with ability to handle verbal and written activities in a professional and courteous manner. An English dialect appropriate for the Australian market is mandatory.
