Job Description :
Design and oversee the strategic direction and priorities of the SG and Trade Channels in driving revenue growth, expanding GCash's footprint among sari-sari stores and aggregators, increasing GCash adoption and usage, and optimizing funding cost • Manage day to day operations of the SG and Trade Channels team to ensuring overall operational excellence in meeting sales and KPI targets • Manage monetization opportunities on informal merchants and develop efficient onboarding process • Engage with aggregators to expand SME GCash penetration in small LGUs, in collaboration with Enterprise and Public Sector team • Collaborate with teams within and outside the Commercial Group to build value propositions and provide a seamless GCash experience for customers
