Description
Job requirement
•Extensive experience in using different type of high speed sewing machines
•Capable of developing Line Leaders and motivate them to achieve production targets and efficiency
•Manage skill balancing and line balancing to produce required output on a daily basis
•Ensure production plan are carried out efficiently and able to produce before delivery schedule
•Develop Work-In-Process recording analysis as well as in Good, No Good output and able to relate it to over-all production reporting system
•Responsible for daily finishing operations to include Final QC, Trimming/Cleaning, Pressing, Packing and other Finishing operations
•Research ideal packaging materials and packing techniques,
•Oversee and coordinate for various concerns related to picking and packing of stocks, as well as providing necessary reports.
Educ/skill requirement
•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any business course
•At least ten (10) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
•Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in export apparel industry
