Repairs, maintains, and ensures that sewing machines produce quality products in the most efficient manner.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conducts sewing machine setup, troubleshooting, and repairs.
Performs preventive maintenance.
Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service
Prepares and set ups machinery for scheduled production runs
Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
Responsible for working according to the company's safety and quality standards
Train or instruct employees on proper use and operation of machines.
Set up new machines and maintain documentation of machine repairs and parts.
Conduct routine maintenance checks on machines and other equipment.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
High school/Vocational course graduate.
At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably in Manufacturing Industry.
Preferably experienced employee specializing in Maintenance/Repair of high-end machines.
Has a sense of responsibility.
A team player, mature, responsible, results-oriented and can perform well under pressure.
Willing to work in flexible hours.
Has the dedication and ability to perform well under pressure.
Applicants must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga.
