SKILL QUALIFICATIONS
Sewing hands on skill using different type of high speed sewing machines
Ability to lead sewing line operators and motivate them to achieve daily targets
Knowledge in operator skill balancing and line balancing to produce required output on a daily basis
Knowledge in WIP recording analysis
Ability to train and enhance operator sewing skills
Knowledge in quality outcome of sewing
Skilled in sewing techniques and correct handling
Ability to maintain disciplined workforce
Requirements * Minimum education level: Senior high school
