SNOW Architect - 6 plus years The role will focus on architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions. 6-8 Years of Experience with implementing solutions for ServiceNow or similar ITIL implementations. Working knowledge of all ServiceNow/ITIL modules. Candidate should be experienced in leading ServiceNow engagements end to end, provide solutions leadership, content and governance to consulting initiatives and projects. Experience in developing ServiceNow solutions and technical design documents from business requirements. Knowledge in API design & implementation and systems integration Programming expertise in Java, JavaScript or other functional programming languages with Web Technologies. Good project co-ordination skills. Good hands-on experience on ServiceNow integration with other application systems using SOAP REST Experiencing on Discovery and Orchestration would be an added advantage and attention to details . Ability to multitask and effective time management skills Experience of implementation of best practices where ITSM tools technologies are applicable.Deep knowledge of ITSM Framework and ITIL Hands-on with ServiceNow and ability to train rest of the team for various technical roles (SystemAdmin, Developer, Implementation Specialist..) required for ServiceNow implementation.
