Your future duties and responsibilities: . As a ServiceNow Developer, you will work in an agile setting to set up, configure, customize, integrate, and optimize the CSM-based system. . Work closely with users, stakeholders, business analysts, and product managers if/when applicable to understand problem statement, as well as functional and non-functional requirements . Participate in daily Scrum ceremonies and conduct sprint demos for stakeholders, if/when appropriate. . Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on the ServiceNow platform including, but not limited to CSM, and Service Portal, . Be accountable for enforcing best practices, ensuring smooth ServiceNow upgradeability. . Design, develop, and maintain integrations (LDAP/REST/SOAP/JDBC). . Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate roll out of new applications and modules and configure application UI, workflow, and API . Perform advanced scripting (processing integration payloads, bulk updates, scripted reporting etc.). . Independent self-starter and proactive at developing solutions and solving business problems using ServiceNow Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related discipline. . Demonstrated understanding and at least 7 years of work experience in ServiceNow development and out-of-the-box integrations, including with AWS Connect. . Positive, can-do attitude and desire to contribute in various means to team success. . Confident communication skills with both internal team members as well as customer stakeholders. . Ability to work independently as well as within a dynamic team environment and continuously deliver quality code for team review and product owner demonstration. . Ability to quickly research, learn, and apply emerging technologies within the software development industry. Desired qualifications . Configuration Management experience . Configuration Management certifications . Other ServiceNow certifications . Graphics design or UX/UI design experience . Previous Federal consulting experience preferred. . ITIL v4 Foundations . ServiceNow certification (e.g., Certified System Administrator) Minimum Years of directly related experience Required: 7 Minimum Education Required: Bachelors Degree Est.
