Job Purpose
Business Analysts at Thirdera should be able to lead BA activities in a project. Coaching and mentoring the team, managing work allocations, training, setting the team direction, and most importantly, working with the process and technical teams on client engagements to gather requirements, identify solutions to business processes problems and assist in the design of the solution. The BA should be responsible for taking the clients to the next level of process maturity in terms of implementation of improved processes and automation of processes.
The role serves as a bridge between the client and the technical team, ensuring the development matches the client ́s needs.

Responsibilities:
Execute root cause analysis during the problematic situation to detect corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Recommend solutions that satisfy the business needs based on experience and the knowledge of ServiceNow's capabilities.
Assesses the risks of various solutions and effectively communicates every scenario to the customer.
Performing high-level analysis to determine feasibility, the cost /benefit of a request/product/solution, and produce required documentation.
Delivers workshops and demos.
Process expertise in one or more areas
Provides process definition guidance and best practices.
Planning and monitoring of deliverables before implementation.
Manage client communications to ensure the effectiveness of the process strategy.
Process development and maintain optimization programs.
Design new processes to improve service delivery and maintain client relationships ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Preparing documentation for deliverables such as business documents and supporting management activities such as budget management.
Act as a point of contact between the client and the technical team regarding process-related concerns.
Maintain the whole operational process in compliance with the quality standards and contractual requirements determined by the company.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
Three to seven years of related experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experienced management skills with the ability to lead, facilitate, motivate and organize
