What we are looking for in our ServiceNow Junior Technical Consultants
A recent school leaver or someone looking to change their career to IT

Your Mission
You will be working with ServiceNow, a platform-as-a-service (PaaS) enterprise service management software that specializes in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), and IT Business Management (ITBM) applications and provides forms-based workflow application development.
Your day to day will consist of developing automated business processes and primarily help solve issues our client's users may have with the platform.
You will mainly develop these skills:
Knowledge of ITIL processes and Agile Scrum Framework
Cloud and Web-based Application development (JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS)
Systems Integrations (REST and SOAP)
You will be trained for more than 2 months and get the opportunity to be a Certified ServiceNow Professional once you passed training. Upon passing the training, your job title will change to Junior Technical Consultant. In practice, you learn how to engage customers from different cultures, manage your own time, improve your attention to detail, learn how to solve complex problems and gain professional empowerment.
