Description
Qualification
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering and other related fields
• 2+ years of hands on experience with ServiceNow administration and development
• ServiceNow ITSM Administrator certification required
• In depth knowledge of ITIL processes and preferably with ITIL Foundation Certification
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow integrations including but not limited to Active Directory/Azure AD, LDAP, Outlook Exchange, etc.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow suite, how it interfaces with ITIL processes, IT operations and business functions
• Experience in building catalog requests for use on the Service Portal required
• Experience in building integrations (SOAP/REST - preferred) in order to automate communication with other platforms
• Experience in working with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery and Performance Analytics a plus factor
• Excellent written and oral English communications as ADB is an international organization with diverse nationalities
