Description
Primary Role:
- Will be responsible for the Application administration/development of the ServiceNow Platform.
- Configuration, system administration, integrations, data migration, support
- Assist in troubleshooting, integration, and user management issues.
- Coordinate with other admins and teams including US counterpart for smooth delivery of operations
- Manage platform demands and backlogs
- Perform related tasks as required
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow
- Technologies/Tools/Skills: ServiceNow Configuration Management, ServiceNow System Administration, Business Process Modeling (BPM), troubleshooting, maintenance, code deployment, performance tuning, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML, REST, SOAP services
- Work from home until further notice. Amenable to work in Makati once onsite operations resumed. Night Shift Schedule
