Description
Job Summary
To support the Service training delivery mission through administration of Learning Management System (LexmarkU - Skillport/Percipio) and access control application (Delegated Admin for IDM) and/or Dynamics, to ensure access to systems and data integrity of LMS Training records for all Lexmark worldwide service partners.
Basic Delivery:
- Move, add, and delete operations for technician accounts moving from one company to another.
- Maintain consistent IDs and Password across systems for all users.
- Validate training records dataset for warranty claims validations.
- Answer training delivery for New Product Introduction.
- Coordinate with Service Training for Training Delivery.
- Attend to process-related request from and take ownership of all service training requests.
- Provide process optimization assistance to Lexmark Service Training.
- Special Task Assigned by Manager.
- Provide LexmarkU completions reports to ASP and TSC upon request.
Additional Responsibilities:
Individual will have a high-level of understanding and knowledge of the following:
• Lexmark's Learning Management Systems (LexmarkU)-Skillport-Percipio
• Identity Management systems (Service Portal)
• Service Systems (Seibel)
• Dynamics
Be able to assist, when necessary, the Lexmark partner's navigation and usage of these systems as they relate to access to LMS training courses, navigation within the LMS, and training records.
The individual will work with Lexmark Service Training, Partner Management, Dealer warranty claims, and interface directly with Partner technicians to ensure technicians are informed and able to access training systems (LMS) and other relevant Lexmark systems.
Experience & Skills Requirements:
Product Knowledge
- General knowledge in Lexmark Products and Solutions; high-level knowledge in process improvement methodologies.
- Recognize process gaps and identify optimization steps for Lexmark Training and Service Delivery
- Coordinate with Lexmark Project Leaders and Subject Matter Experts in practicing design behavior at work.
- Working knowledge of the following applications and topics: IDM Delegated Admin Tool, Lexmark Service Partner Resources, SkillPort, Fundamental awareness of Lexmark Products, Solutions, and Strategy.
