SERVICE TECHNICIAN
 
Job Summary:
 
The position is responsible for providing technical assistance, repairing and servicing mechanical, electrical and electronic systems and components of vehicles, towards quality and satisfactory service to all its dealers.
 
Qualifications:
Graduate of Automotive courses (Degree holder or any vocational courses)
Computer literate w/reportorial writing skills
Customer service oriented & in-depth knowledge on mechanical & electrical automotive
Good interpersonal & communication skills
Able to identify and repair automotive problems
Strong automotive knowledge
Ability to use diagnostic equipment
Valid driver's license with restriction code 1, 2 or up
Strategic in prospecting clients and upselling.
With at least a year of working experience  of the same job in an automotive or real estate industry.
