SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Job Responsibilities
Troubleshoots problems on heavy equipment.
Provides exact description on machine failures especially when related to mechanical/hydraulic.
Drives and operates heavy equipment and service vehicles.
Tests parts and systems to ensure they work correctly.
Ensures all critical parts are checked and tested.
Repairs or replaces worn, old or defective parts.
Builds and assembles machines or mechanical components according to requirements.
Cleans and applies lubricants to machinery components.
Keeps logs of work and report on issues.
Qualifications
At least High School graduate or with Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate of any related field/NCII.
Skilled and knowledgeable in troubleshooting mechanical problems on heavy equipment.
Provides exact description on machine failures especially when related to mechanical/hydraulic.
With comprehensive experience as a service technician or any related field for at least 2 years.
Skilled in component engine troubleshooting, overhauling of diesel engine, and specializing in all hydraulic component mechanism.
Has the initiative and can work with less supervision.
With good problem solving skills, computer savvy, and can drive and operate heavy equipment and service vehicles.
Attended extensive training and seminars is an advantage.
Familiar with code requirements and company safety regulations.
Valid driver's license
