Job Description
Ensures to provide good quality of customer service
Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers and ensures mutual satisfaction.
Takes food and drink orders from customers accurately.
Write customer orders on order slips, memorizes orders, and enter orders into computers for transmittal to Kitchen Staff.
Engages with customers in a friendly manner.
Knowledgeable of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions.
Take action to correct any problems with the customer with urgency
Collect payments from tables.
Helps on food preparation when necessary.
Responsible in checking discounts compliance and order amounts.
Open to be assigned for other dining designation
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/ Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/ College Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management or Equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Willing to be assigned in Tops
Open to fresh graduates
