Description and Requirements
The Service Request Analyst will support the delivery group regarding Service Requests, Change Requests & Management Process, ensuring effective Service Management. Will facilitate organizational change and service requests, follow up with different departments, and provide status updates on requests.
Functional Responsibilities
Ensure effectiveness and quality of Service Management process. Identify, assign, and coordinate timelines. Provide effective coordination with other departments.
Ensure that all open Service Requests are updated to reflect all activities carried out. Identify the participants and facilitate process flow for resolution of requests.
Track, update and document all Service Requests per structured format. Provide input to Service Management for prioritization and impact analysis.
Facilitate the Service Request flow volume and plan for appropriate resources.
Monitor the key performance targets of the process.
