- At least 8 years of experience in managing IT services with at least 5 years in leading/managing operational
teams
- ITIL certified or strong ITSM background with ability to understand and follow through all ITSM best
practices
- Stakeholder management with excellent verbal and written communication skills for all levels of
management and staffs
- Ability to balance multiple demands and work both independently and as part of a team
- Having cybersecurity and SD-WAN knowledge is an advantage
Job Description:
- Manage a support team to provide first class post sales support to ViewQwest Managed Services Customers
- Ensure service availability standards meet KPI targets
- Produce SLA reports on monthly or when required for customer review
- Review the SLA performance with vendor and management on stipulated time-frame
- Ensure high quality, up-to-date documentation exists for all service arrangements.
- Pro-actively identify areas of improvement in operations, collaborate with different domain functional teams to
define & execute clear focus areas of improvement in operational processes.
- Produce Service Improvement Plans (SIP) for SLA failures or process improvements
- Ensure high quality, up-to-date documentation exists for all service arrangements.
- Assume the role of Major Incident Manager and manage the lifecycle of major incidents
- ITSM practitioner with strict ITSM mindset on change, incident, problem methodologies
- Drive a continuous improvement mind-set across the team through providing continuous support, training, coaching
and mentorship to the team
- Senior management stakeholder communications are occasionally required.
