RESPONSIBILITIES
Guides dealers on inquiries related to local service, parts supply, and parts consignment agreements.
Collaborates with other departments and dealers to address customer concerns.
Conducts regular visits to fleet customers and recommends program proposals appropriate to their current service needs.
Works with dealers to minimize downtime and improve maintenance cost of fleet customers.
Evaluates dealer performance and facilitates corresponding incentives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar.
With at least 3 years of experience as service engineer.
Results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure work environment.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Outstanding customer service and critical thinking skills.
License Requirements: Pro/Non-Pro Driver's License, preferably with 2-3 years manual transmission driving experience.
