A DAY IN THE LIFE ...
Service Desk Analyst is an expert on process and activities of Service Desk. Responsible in driving KPI and initiatives from the regional Nestle IT, and ensure all information are cascaded across all teams within Shared Service Centers Support Organization. To be a single point of contact to provide help, guidance and the rapid restoration of normal IT services to its End-Users. To keep the users adequately informed on problem/incident resolution progress, implementation of changes to working conditions/environments or system availability.
Good analytical & problem solving skills
Customer-oriented with excellent customer service skills
Good communication skills with demonstrated clarity in spoken and written words
Skill in English (to escalate problems to Regional Globe Offices and interacts with customers, i.e. Market and Shared Service Centers)
Intermediate IS/IT technical background
Strong decision making and judgement skills (ability to solve incidents requiring creativity and initiative)
Willing to work on shifting schedules
ARE YOU A FIT?
Must have at least 2-3 years experience in IS/IT
Must be systems and process oriented (keen and accurate with details)
Strong service orientation with exceptional action and results orientation
Strong analytical & problem solving skills
Strong decision making and judgement skills (ability to solve incidents requiring creativity and initiative)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Able to work on basic to advanced computer applications such as MS Word and Excel.
Must have good interpersonal skills
