We are seeking energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Service Crew members.
As a Service Crew member, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take and process customer orders accurately.
Deliver orders to tables and ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.
Upsell menu items and promotions.
Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
Good customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
