Duties & Responsibilities
• Interacted directly with customers to carry out orders, requests and other concerns
• Processed orders from restaurant customers; communicated directly to responsible sections to address customer needs.
Resolved issues related to customer orders by using excellent communication skills to effectively address conflicts.
• Communicated directly with kitchen staff to relay order information and resolve any outstanding customer order issues.
• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the store.
• Served good and quality food for customers, and to ensure customer satisfaction.
