Description
The Service Billing Agent shall be responsible in reviewing completed workorders, creating and posting of invoices, and ensuring all billable workorders get invoiced.
Key Responsibilities:
- Intricately review workorder for accuracy
- Turn Workorders into invoices and post them as appropriate
- Field various forms of incoming communication, including phone calls, emails, instant messages, 3rd party portals
- Enter new workorders and monitor/document progress
- Orchestrate technicians on call schedules
- Sporadically create and maintain accurate customer profiles
- Communicate diligently with technicians/customers/operation staff
- Follow-up and see tasks through to completion
- Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
- Demonstrate the ability to take and follow instruction
- Demonstrate a willingness to adapt and evolve with the position on a daily basis
- Continually embrace a team atmosphere while demonstrating a high level of professionalism
- Make positive business decisions with intent to benefit the Windy City organization as a whole
- Have an open mind, continually and consistently be willing to challenge yourself to improve while aiding the growth and expansion of Windy City, as responsibilities will evolve with position.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum two (2) years of customer service experience.
- Experience in billing/invoicing
- Skilled trades familiarity preferred
- High school diploma / GED
- Strong Communication & Customer Service
- Computer Savvy
- Works well under pressure
- Attention to Detail
- Problem solving
- Efficient decision making
