SERVICE AND PARTS MANAGER
Qualifications:
Ensure sales and profitability of the entire department through sales of parts and accessories including service.
Ensure Parts sales and service meets and exceeds projected income.
Establish/maintain/monitor inventory control system to meet internal, warranty, wholesale, and retail needs.
Implement effective advertising and merchandising programs to build retail and wholesale business.
Establish/Maintain/Build relationships with other departments, suppliers and field representatives.
Manages Departmental expenses effectively with effective shipping/receiving, wholesale and ordering process.
Use inventory control system processing procedures and management reports that allow prompt, complete, and accurate feedback on inventory condition.
Organizes and implements workshop procedures.
Trains, develops and motivates subordinates.
Performs other duties assigned from time to time.
