MISSION:
Coordination of all service activities with customer and other departments to ensure timely visit, correct invoicing, maximum utilization of man-hour and proper execution of service maintenance.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Raise DR upon receipt of PO/ approved quotation and forward to Supply for ordering;
Closing of completed jobs submitted by Planners;
Issuance of invoice for fixed price repair, normal repair and service contract upon receipt of accomplished JO, COC, DR
Open jobs Warranty and internal jobs
Closes Warranty and internal jobs
Maintains and updates customer file under Luzon;
Raise LPR for subcon works;
Man-hour encoding
Maintain an updated file of all Service invoice, DR and contract
Responsible to generate month end closing reporting
Experience Requirements:
Three (3) years of relevant Service Administration and Service Plan experience
Knowledge:
Computer literate;
Good communication skills - both written and oral, with
speech clarity and recognition; * Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Including
Scala and Lotus Notes applications
Education Requirements:
Candidate must possess degree in Marketing/Business or Finance/Accounting or its equivalent
Personality Requirements:
Good Interpersonal skills;
Persuasive, resilient, good negotiation skills, high level or Energy and self-motivated;
Have stress tolerance and able to adapt to different environment;
