We are looking for friendly and efficient front of the house staff to serve guests at our establishment. Candidate must be responsible for preparing tables, greeting and seating guests, making recommendations, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, preparing beverages and desserts, booking online orders and delivery services, as well as accepting payments while providing guests with an outstanding and delightfully memorable experience. Top-notch candidates work well in a team and have excellent guest service skills.
Requirements
- College level in Hotel & Restaurant course or related vocational courses.
- College graduate in the above courses a big plus.
- Proven experience in the position of interest.
- Professional, personable with excellent verbal communication and memorization skills.
- Great interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to remain composed, particularly during stressful or uncomfortable circumstances.
- Physically fit.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to perform additional duties to facilitate the restaurant's operations, as needed.
