Description
Basic Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunications) or equivalent.
Applicant must be willing to work in Makati
Applicant must be amenable to shifting, weekend and holiday schedules.
Required Qualifications:
Experience in Microsoft Windows 2008/2012/2016 server management and administration.
Experience in Active Directory / GPO Management, DNS and DHCP.
Experience in SCCM.
Preferred Qualifications:
With any valid Microsoft Certification.
Experience in Microsoft HyperV
Experience in Linux Server OS (CentOS, RedHat) administration and bash scripting.
Experience in Linux based email systems.
Knowledgeable in Server Backup Operations and various storage technologies.
Knowledgeable in Amazon AWS.
Willing to start asap.
Responsibilities:
Provide support and resolution to any server and systems related incidents.
Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of al hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
Perform weekly system backup operations, ensuring all required file systems are successfully backed up to appropriate media.
Apply OS Patches and upgrades on a regular basis.
Repair and recover from hardware and/or software issues.
Perform periodic security monitoring to identify and mitigate any security risks.
Perform periodic performance tuning, hardware upgrades and resource optimization as required.
Perform periodic server and systems preventive maintenance activities.
Salary: 20-27K
