The mission for the SEO Specialist is to generate as many page 1 rankings for our clients as possible, driving ample organic traffic.
Requirements
Solid understanding of latest SEO techniques
Keyword research, analysis and integration
On-page optimization
Suggesting improvements to site architecture, UX
Research and analyze competitor sites
Generate effective links to drive up page strength
Local Citation Building / Development
Working with content team to generate SEO
Leverage Google Suite of tools to improve
Generate weekly KPI's and reports on progress
>10% of time spent on researching trends and finding new white
Competencies (These are MUSTs):
Analytical - Must be able to interpret data and make suggestions and tweaks based off of data and trends
Attention to Detail - The simplest of details never can be ignored
Communication - Speaks and writes clearly and articulately without being overly verbose or talkative. Maintains a standard in all forms of written communication, including email.
Creativity and Innovation - Generates new and innovative approaches to problems.
Flexibility/Adaptability - Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions. Copes effectively with complexity and change.
Openness to criticism and ideas - Often solicits feedback and reacts calmly to criticism and negative feedback.
Persuasion - Able to convince others to pursue a course of action.
Preferred Skills and Experiences:
At least 3 years of SEO Experience both onsite and off
Experience with Wordpress, Google analytics, and the top SEO tools
Positions are located virtually. Team Members are eligible for benefits package after a 3 month review.
