JOB OVERVIEW:
The Senior Planning Analyst provides value added Global Capacity reporting services which ultimately impacts current financial reporting and future business Operational planning decisions for TeleTech. They are held accountable for program seating assignments and site forecast accuracy by working closely with WFM, IT, Facilities and Operations. Senior Planning Analyst assist in the development and leadership of the Capacity Team to improve processes and performance that enhance bottom line results. Activities include data analysis, report development & maintenance, maintain and validate Capacity tool database, monthly conference call with peers, and participation with launch activities.
KEY PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:
Develop new reports and modifying existing reports, both proactively and in response to client request or to improve operational efficiencies.
Learn and deliver on key business objectives, timeframes, and requirements associated with each goal and task.
Deliver consistent high quality customer service. Senior Planning Analysts respond to all requests within the established time frame by personally taking responsibility for solving and finding solutions.
Facilitate verbal discussions surrounding site utilization and how it pertains to program seat requirements and future forecasting.
Achieve 100% accuracy and timeliness of delivery requirements. Senior Planning Analysts are expected to complete monthly floor plans along with forecast metrics.
Improve Utilization by achieving Program LIT objectives.
Analyze reporting offering and make recommendations potential for improvement information.

Math/statistics and computer proficiency

Working knowledge of database applications such as MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Oracle, Kronos or ability to learn technology quickly
Reporting proficiency
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of call center business
3+ years Call center experience
Excel proficient
Highschool/College Degree an asset
