Job Description
Manage a team of various skilled welders and training.
Interpret drawings and weld symbols per AWS specification and drawings.
Create jigs and fixtures, equipment/tooling modifications based on the job demands.
Perform PQR qualifications based on WPS on various type of materials.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Engineering(Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
10+ years of hands-on experience with GTAW, TIG, SAW, SMAW, GMAW, Stress and Manual Welding Processes
3+ years of experience in a team lead or shift lead.
Knowledgeable of ASME IX specification.
Diploma or Trade school certificate or equivalent experience in the field of welding.
