What we need:
We need someone who leads by example and has a keen interest in working with some of the latest technologies. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years commercial software development experience using Microsoft .NET technologies and Web Development Stack including:
• ASP.NET & MVC
• C# (preferred) & PHP
• jQuery & Signal R
• WCF
• JavaScript, Vue, JSON, HTML & CSS
• Excellent knowledge of database systems, including the design and development of relational databases and solid working
knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
• A working knowledge of the Microsoft Azure Platform and/or DevExpress controls will also be a significant advantage.
We also need someone with the following personal qualities:
• Proven ability to make things happen and meet commitments.
• Willingness to dive in and get to the bottom of a problem; egos and blamers need not apply.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design & development and common design patterns.
• Experience working in an Agile development team.
• A positive 'can do' attitude and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• An innate desire to learn and develop as technologies change and the needs of the business evolve - you don't wait to go on a
course in order to find out something new.
• Excellent analytical skills and an eye for detail.
• Ability to guide and mentor other team members.
• Strong problem solving and team working skills.
