We're looking for a passionate, experienced developer to create exceptional websites, streamline processes, and stay on top of industry trends.
Work set-up: Office (on-site)
Location: Cagayan de Oro City
Main Objective:
As a Senior Web Developer at Digitalfeet, your primary goal is to deliver high-quality websites within deadlines and maintain stringent quality standards. You'll also be responsible for optimizing web development processes and effectively utilizing WordPress/HubSpot CMS.
Responsibilities:
Website Development
Lead complex web application development.
Collaborate with design and content teams to define project requirements.
Estimate project timelines and ensure task alignment.
Develop efficient code in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
Ensure responsive design and integrate plugins and APIs.
Conduct internal testing and address issues with the Dev QA Specialist.
Maintain progress visibility and delegate tasks on time.
Quality of Delivery - WordPress/HubSpot CMS
Leverage CMS effectively and stay updated with features.
Collaborate with designers for accurate design implementation.
Quality Standards and Process Optimization
Enforce coding standards and best practices.
Identify process improvement opportunities.
Mentor junior developers and support continuous improvement.
Backup Duties
Perform backup tasks when the main owner is unavailable.
Daily Tasks:
Write high-quality code.
Collaborate on issue resolution and feature implementation.
Review project requirements and create implementation plans.
Conduct tests and quality assurance.
Attend team meetings and stay updated on industry trends.
Weekly Tasks:
Plan and prioritize development tasks.
Collaborate with the project manager.
Conduct code reviews and optimize processes.
