The Senior UX Researcher is responsible in delivering UX projects remotely in a wide range of sectors including finance, telecommunications, government, entertainment & ecommerce. Across Asia & in collaboration with Sydney office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client relationships
• Moderate usability testing research online
• Undertake agile UX research in short timeframes
• Conduct expert heuristic usability reviews
• Gather user requirements
• Undertake service design, ethnography and diary studies
• Prepare solid recommendations for improvements to user interfaces (UI)
• Explain the value of qualitative research and identifying the appropriate approach and methods for each project
• Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations to communicate to clients and internal team members
Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years' experience consulting/working experience in Usability Testing and UX Research, including moderation of tests and reporting
• Professional experience with qualitative user research activities, including but not limited to: contextual inquiry and ethnographic techniques, participatory design, heuristic evaluation, usability testing, persona creation, and customer journey mapping.
• Superior verbal and written presentation skills to communicate clear, concise findings and actionable recommendations
• Strong interest in working with all types of data such as behavioral (analytics), surveys, qualitative data, etc.
• Abreast of UX design best practices, trends and techniques
• Ability to work independently and produce accurate work under tight deadlines
