Urgent in need of Senior Trainer who are willing to JOIN our team in Davao!
Responsibilities:
• Develop a learning culture that is aligned with the company's business objectives
• Executes training activities including but not limited to classroom facilitation, utilizing online based learning methodologies, conducting course assessment, and developing training content and refresher materials
• Analyze and review training feedback and evaluation for any improvement on each training program conducted
• Recommend and plan training activities including in-house and external training, workshop, and courses
• Be the go-to subject matter expert for internal training needs.
Qualifications:
• At least 2-3 years supervisory experience in a BPO set-up
• Proven leadership skills and functional knowledge in BPO Industry
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Proficient in writing reports and business correspondences
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented
