Urgent hiring for Senior Trainer to start immediately!
Work set-up: Fixed Weekends Off
Responsibilities:
• Develop a learning culture that is aligned with the company's business objectives
• Executes training activities including but not limited to classroom facilitation, utilizing online based learning methodologies, conducting course assessment, and developing training content and refresher material
• Analyze and review training feedback and evaluation for any improvement on each training program conducted
• Recommend and plan training activities including in-house and external training, workshop, and courses
• Be the go-to subject matter expert for internal training needs.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year experience in training design, development, delivery or related
• IT savvy and familiar with digitalized learning solutions
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent team player
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
1 year of experience
