SENIOR TESTER (DEV 2)

You will have an opportunity to:
-Test systems against functional requirements and specifications.
-Conduct back end development using java, IBM ODM, and other tools
-Lead and assist digital projects while providing daily status reports
-Drive quality activities including day-to-day deliverables and testing operations
You will be a great fit to our team if:
-Have a degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
-Possess approximately 3 plus years' experience in software testing.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects through effective prioritization
-Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and multitasking skills
-Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as written and verbal communication in English (French is a plus)
-Authentic, professional, and confident, with the ability to influence project teams and stakeholders through effective communication
-Proficiency with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
-Bell Mobility/Canada knowledge is an asset.
-Analytical mind and logic thinking individual (Basic scripting knowledge - Java, Python, etc.) grasp of some sort of programming or coding language, (If-Then-Else concepts)
-Data, Data Relationship, and Data Model Understanding.
-Ideally, DoT is searching for someone with knowledge of -a name="_Hlk45736927"-IBM Operational Decision Manager
-Hands-on experience with Agile program management
-Good understanding of QA methodology - test plans, test cycles, and software release
Qualification/ Requirements:
Internal:
-Accomplished all performance scorecard and KPI expectations (Quartile 1 to Quartile 3 employee for at least 3 months)
-Attendance/Reliability - 95%
-No disciplinary actions prior to application
-Tenure - 1 year for support
External:
-Minimum of 3-years experience working as Web/ Application Tester.
-Has knowledge in IBM Operational Decision Manager
-Excellent communication skills.
-Proficient in MS Office Applications.
-Able to work in a night shift/shifting schedule.
